What is K & B Zero Waste?
K & B Zero Waste is the first zero waste and refill shop in Burlington County, NJ.
We are part of a national trend of independent small busniesses that are trying to do their part to help the environmnet while bringing you products that are convenient and sustainable!
What is a zero waste shop?
A zero waste shop is a store that carriers products designed not only for your convenience, but to be sustainably manufactured and transported to you all while not adding any additional trash to local landfills.
What does "without packaging" mean?
"Without packaging" means that we ship your product to you without any of the stuff in the box that we typically throw out. It's a great way to not generate any added waste! Sometimes your product can get bumped around a little bit, so we won't ship any packages with glass containers this way.

How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hello@kbzerowaste.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected time, and we will check your order status.
We do not ship outside of the United States.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship within the continential United States.
How do we ship in a sustainable way?
All of our packaging is either recycleable, compostable, or both!
Additionally, whever possible we will reuse shipping material simply so that we are not creating new waste, even recyclable waste.
What if something is wrong with my order?
That's easy! Just contact us at hello@kbzerowaste.com and we will get right on resolving your concern!
Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Unfortunatley can not accept returns of bottles of product that have been refilled.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team via hello@kbzerowastecom. Providing the return is within the 30-day return period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

How do we clean refill pouches?
Upon recipet of a pouch it will be run through a diswashing cycle where it will be sanatized and then dried before it is refilled with another order.
Are your products Gluten Free / Vegan / Cruelty Free?
We source our products from a variety of vendors. In each case we have made it a point to list any notible facts about the product on it's individual page. If the product is gluten free, we listed it, if you do not see a listing for something, that means that it is not applicable to that product.
